Course by Course Evaluation

This type of evaluation lists the courses the applicant has taken, the grades received and the credit equivalence in the United States. It is required for CPA examinations, teacher certifications and licensing or membership in professional associations.

10 Days Service - $250.00
5 Days Service - $300.00
3 Days Service - $350.00
Next Day Service - $400.00

Processing time begins the day AETS receives the documents. All services are counted in business days. Documents must arrive by 1:00 PM EST to be processed that same day. Documentation received after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next-business day.

Required Documents:

  1. Original or notarized copies of academic transcripts. You may also include diplomas (indicating graduation date and major) with certified English translations. If you require an English translation, click here for a free quote.
  2. Completed Application Form (Click here for application form)
  3. Check, money order or credit card for the appropriate fee. (Make checks payable to American Evaluation and Translation Service, Inc. ) For our Credit Card Authorization Form, please click here.

*Important note for individual applicants:

  • Individual Applicants: In order to ensure the academic validity of all documents, individual applicants must mail original or notarized copies to our office. We do not accept emailed or faxed copies of documents from applicants.
  • Additional Costs: Extra copies of evaluations are $25 per copy, if requested at the time of the evaluation. The cost will be $50 if the copy is requested after the evaluation has been delivered.
  • Overnight delivery is available within the United States for all evaluations for an additional fee of $60.
